L'Oreal Refill
The Challenge
The brief called for a campaign rooted in product truth, hands holding the refill bottles of cosmetics and fragrances across the L'Oréal group. The difficulty was maintaining visual consistency across wildly different products, pack sizes, and brand identities (Prada, YSL, Youth Activ Concentrate) while keeping each image feeling like it belonged to the same coherent campaign world.
The Solution
A custom ComfyUI workflow was built to lock product appearance across all generations, ensuring packaging details, materials, and colors stayed faithful regardless of hand pose or lighting setup. 3D was used to train hand poses with precision before feeding them into the pipeline automatically, and every frame was pushed through a strict lighting art direction pass to unify the visual language across brands.
